+I'm finally get to the point where I can start putting the finishing touches on
+easily the biggest wood working project I've taken on so far. Even though it 
+_is_ taking shape there are of course... some hiccups that are sprining up even
+at this stage in the project ;-;
+
+Still working on getting the last touches actualy finished on this thing though
+so let's take a quick gander at where I'm at and **why** this thing decided to
+fight it's fate of being finished :neutral_face:
+

+First up is the lovely tusked through mortise and tenon which came out super 
+nice :smile:
+

+There is a **slight** gap that can be easily remedied with a quick saw cut to
+flush up the connection.

+Finally we can just re-east the tusk with a couple of taps with the mallet 
+and...

+No yea of course this breaks right at the finish line...

+Anyway the fix for this is pretty straight forward in hindsight since the issue
+comes from the fact that the grain is running parallel to the sheer forces 
+from the the stretch that the tusk ( the little wedge thingy ) undergoes in 
+this kind of joint.

+In other words just cut some more wedges like in the picture below [ note 
+the happy circle ]
